resources.

this collection is a reading list, not the reading list, and reflects the texts, thinkers, and traditions that inform my understanding of healing, relationships, and human flourishing as an asian american male therapist practicing from a trauma-informed liberative framework.

because my framework requires engaging questions of history, power, oppression, and healing, these resources extend beyond psychotherapy, because that’s how our mental health has always been. my hope is that these texts offer pathways for curiosity, reflection, language, and imagination for those interested in the intersections of trauma, identity, and collective healing.
